After arriving at our North Broadway Studio in Fargo, we'll get you all checked in and then it's time to get started!

• If your session included any hair or makeup styling, you will be referred to any one of a select number of approved, licensed cosmetologists for this.
• In addition to your own clothing, you will have full access to all of our designer outfits for women, girls, and boys.
• You will then be photographed first individually, then in groups in a variety of confidence-building, flattering, and sensitive poses. This is when the magic happens seeing yourself and/or your family reconnecting with each other while creating lasting memories!
• You will then see and handle for yourself all product options i.e. wall art, individual portraits, folio collections etc. 
• Book your viewing appointment for a later date, usually within 3 weeks of your photo session.
• At your viewing, choose your artwork and then patiently wait for us to complete it!
• Enjoy your artwork for generations!

•With most gifted experiences, you'll enjoy a complimentary session valued at a minimum of $200, as well as an 8" desk portrait valued at minimum $325.

•Ladies have access to our wardrobe of designer gowns and dresses from size 00-24. We also have amazing dresses for little girls and teens. For boys, we have tuxedos sizes 4T-14. Sorry men, you'll have to bring your own clothing. Additionally, some sessions may have hair or makeup styling by our professional stylists, included in your session. Ask for details.

•To book your gifted experience, we kindly ask for a fully refundable holding deposit to hold your session date in our studio calendar. Holding deposits range from $200 to $345 or more, depending on the type of session. We value your time and ours, and this helps prevent any no-shows or last-minute cancellations as we have staff coming in from out of town just for each session and have booked out the studio just for you. And as we are open by appointment only, it also is a guarantee for you that WE also will be there for your session. This refundable holding deposit is automatically refunded to you at your viewing appointment.

•Your experience with us includes a private photography session with our skilled photographers followed by a private viewing session at a later date with our designers for you to see the beautiful images from your session. 

You will work with your designer to categorize your images from your most favorite to least favorite. Don't worry we're not deleting anything here! Following that, you will be given the option to either choose one image to be produced into an 8" gift portrait or create additional bespoke artwork for your home.

If you choose to create something special for your home, your qualified designer will guide you through the best display options for the images you love and work with the space you have in your home. 

•We have many payment options available, and they will be offered to you to make the decision-making process easier.

Bring your calendar with you to your photo session. At that time, we will find a convenient time for you to come back to the studio, usually within 3 weeks, for your viewing appointment. 

This theater-style viewing appointment is your sole opportunity to view and choose which portraits you want to have and hold forever! Clients often fall in love with what we create for them! So it's important that all financial decision-makers are there! 

If it's important for your spouse or other family member to be there, please bring them! 

No, you do not.
We understand that choosing the right images for your home can be a difficult decision, and we want you to feel completely comfortable when it comes to placing an order with us.

If you have been gifted an experience that comes with complimentary artwork, then you can simply select your single image and we’ll turn it into a ready-to-frame portrait print.

If you do wish to purchase any additional portraits, remember that pricing starts at $325 per portrait. Again, there's no obligation to purchase any images from us, but if you do decide to make a purchase, our designer is here to help.

Unlike many other photographers, we are not a "shoot and burn 200 images to a flash drive" type of studio. We can help recommend other studios to you which do this if this is your desire.

When you see the artwork at our studio, you'll understand more clearly why! At your viewing appointment, your designer will go over all options, including those special ones where a digital file is needed.

We understand that waiting for your order can be stressful, but please understand that for custom artwork like our, the production time can be up to 6 to 8 weeks. Sorry, we are not a One-Hour photo shop!
